The Tambor Bay Birding Association is made up of a small but diverse group of people who share one common passion; birds! We work to promote sustainable ecotourism through the development of bird watching and naturalist activities in Tambor Bay.
The Tambor Bay Birding association was started in 2012 by a passionate group of biologists, birders and business owners. Since their formation they have organized birding activities and tourism in Tambor Bay and contribute valuable information about the areas bird life.
To develop bird watching in Tambor Bay as a sustainable eco-tourism activity. To protect the biological integrity of the area by building appreciation and awareness. To introduce local people to naturalist activities and provide visiting birders with a unique bird watching experience.
